We collect only the data that is strictly necessary. Two cases arise depending on how you use the website.
Inscription à la newsletter
E-mail address, page language, page of origin and date of sign-up. Purpose: to send you our news, availability updates and season openings. Legal basis: your consent, obtained by double opt-in (a confirmation e-mail validates the sign-up).
Prise de contact
The data you send us voluntarily by telephone or e-mail (name, contact details, nature of the enquiry). Purpose: to answer your enquiry, draw up a quotation and provide commercial follow-up. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest.

Aggregated, anonymous traffic statistics, with no cookie and no advertising identifier. No profiling is carried out and no data is sold on.
No advertising cookies
The gibis.fr website places no advertising cookie or third-party tracker. We use neither an advertising network nor tracking social media buttons. Your browser's local storage (localStorage) may retain your language preference and the fact that you have closed the newsletter banner: this information stays on your device and is not transmitted to us.
Retention period
Newsletter e-mail addresses are kept until you unsubscribe, then deleted or anonymised. Data relating to a commercial enquiry is kept for the duration of the business relationship and then for the statutory retention period applicable to accounting records. Audience statistics are aggregated and do not allow you to be identified.
Recipients and processors
Your data is neither sold nor rented. It is accessible to the GIBIS SARL staff in charge of customer relations, and hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting of the website and of the database). Newsletter e-mails are sent by our e-mail delivery provider, which acts on our instructions and does not reuse your data.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
