Prize draw rules
“Comment to win 5 PUR CHASSE® pheasants” — free prize draw, no purchase necessary, from 2 to 30 September 2026.
Article 1 — Organiser
This prize draw is organised by GIBIS Ets Guilloud & Cie, a SARL (French limited liability company) with share capital of €271,300, SIREN 313 659 302, whose registered office is at 249 route de Lyon, 38160 Chatte (Isère) — hereinafter “the Organiser”. Contact: gibis@gibis.fr — 04 76 38 31 01.
Article 2 — Nature and free participation
The game is a free prize draw with no purchase necessary. No financial contribution or purchase is required to take part or to be designated the winner. Participation constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these rules.
Article 3 — Duration
The prize draw runs from Wednesday 2 September 2026 at 18:00 to Tuesday 30 September 2026 at 23:59 inclusive (Paris time). Any interaction before the start date or after the end date is not taken into account.
Article 4 — Conditions of entry
The prize draw is open to any adult natural person holding a genuine Facebook account, excluding members of the Organiser and their families. Participation is strictly personal and in the participant’s own name.
Article 5 — How to enter and allocation of tickets
During the prize draw, each participant earns raffle tickets by commenting on the contest posts of the GIBIS Facebook Page, i.e. the posts identified by the keyword #JeuGIBIS. Allocation rules: 1 ticket = 1 distinct contest post commented on. Commenting several times on the same post does not earn an additional ticket. Commenting on different posts earns 1 ticket per distinct post (for example, commenting on 3 different contest posts = 3 tickets). The number of tickets per participant is capped at 5. “Likes” / reactions and shares do not earn any ticket: shares are neither required nor rewarded, in accordance with Facebook’s policy; only comments are taken into account. Tickets are frozen when the prize draw closes; a comment deleted or hidden after being counted remains credited to the participant.
Article 6 — Prize
The prize is awarded to a single winner, who receives a batch of 5 live PUR CHASSE® pheasants reared by the Organiser (indicative unit value €19.00, i.e. an indicative total value of €95.00). Handover of the prize: for a winner located in Isère (38) or the Drôme (26), the Organiser provides delivery; for a winner located outside these two departments, the prize is collected in person at the Organiser’s registered office in Chatte (38160), by appointment. The prize is handed over with the customary health certificate. It is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be converted into cash. Any formalities relating to keeping the birds are the winner’s responsibility.
Article 7 — Designation of the winner (verifiable draw)
The draw is weighted by the number of tickets: a participant holding 5 tickets has up to five times more chance than a participant holding a single ticket. It is made verifiable by a commitment scheme (“commit-reveal”): when the prize draw opens, the Organiser publishes the SHA-256 hash of a random seed; at closing, this seed is revealed, and anyone can check that it matches the published hash and then recalculate the result themselves, as the algorithm (weighted sampling without replacement) and the list of tickets are public. This process guarantees an impartial and indisputable draw; no deposit with a bailiff (huissier de justice) is required (optional since 2014 for free games).
Article 8 — Notification of the winner
The winner is announced within 3 days of closing, publicly on the GIBIS Facebook Page (in reply to their winning comment). They then have 10 days to come forward by calling the GIBIS switchboard on 04 76 38 31 01 and agree on the handover arrangements. If no response is received within this period, the prize may be reallocated to the next participant in the draw.
Article 9 — Personal data (GDPR)
The data processed (the commenter’s “page-scoped” Facebook ID and public display name) are processed by GIBIS, as data controller, solely for the purposes of organising the prize draw and contacting the winner. Legal basis: the Organiser’s legitimate interest. Recipient: GIBIS only; no transfer or disclosure to any third party. Retention period: up to 60 days after closing, followed by deletion. In accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés), each participant has the right of access, rectification, objection and erasure by writing to gibis@gibis.fr. Article 10 — No connection with Facebook / Meta
This prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by Facebook / Meta, nor associated with Meta. By taking part, you acknowledge that you are providing your information to GIBIS and not to Meta, and you release Meta from all liability relating to the prize draw.
Article 11 — Liability and fraud
The Organiser cannot be held liable for any malfunction of the network or of Facebook, or for any external cause. Any fraudulent participation (fake accounts, multiple accounts intended to accumulate tickets) results in the exclusion of the account(s) concerned.
Article 12 — Governing law
These rules are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably falls within the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
